Returning Merchandise

Please keep your paperwork in case you need to arrange for returns or exchanges. Also, please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they may contain important information.

Your order must be returned to the Diono in order to receive full credit, your shipping costs will not be refunded. Contact Diono Customer Service at 855-463-4666 for help or assistance in processing a return.

Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.

 

Damaged Returns

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call Diono Customer Service immediately at 855-463-4666. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away.

If you have placed an order via the Diono website recently and need some information about it or would like to change it in some way, there are a number of ways you may contact us. Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, modifications may not always be possible.

In accordance with distance selling regulations, returns are accepted for unwanted items purchased on the diono.com website within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Diono does not accept returns of items purchased through any third-party, including its retail partners.

Diono Child Car Seats

Diono offer a complimentary returns policy on all Diono child car seats. This is to allow the opportunity for trial car fitting. To return a child car seat purchased on the diono website, please contact customer services within 14 days of receipt by emailing dionouk@diono.com or calling Customer Service on 01827 310557, Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. If returning a child car seat, please state the following information when contacting customer services:

• Date of Manufacture
• Serial Number
• Date of Purchase
• Order number

Once the request is received a “Return Authorisation Number” will be issued and a collection will be organised by Diono. Returns of child car seats will only be accepted with a “Return Authorisation Number” as provided by Diono Customer Service. The “Return Authorisation Number” must be plainly visible on the outside of the box.

All merchandise must be in new condition in the original packaging and cannot be used or worn. We do not accept returns of assembled product unless the product is defective. All parts and materials must be returned including the instruction manual and the product must be in the original box to receive a full refund. Once received in our warehouse, the item will be inspected for contents and condition before a refund is processed. We reserve the right to refuse the returned item and deny credit.

Diono Strollers

To return a stroller purchased on the diono website, please contact customer services within 14 days of receipt by emailing dionouk@diono.com or calling Customer Service on 01827 310557, Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. If returning a stroller, please state the following information when contacting customer services:

• Date of Manufacture
• Serial Number
• Date of Purchase
• Order number

All returned strollers must be shipped freight pre-paid. Diono is not responsible for any freight costs to return unwanted strollers. Returned goods must be received by Diono within 14 days following contact with customer services. Please use a package delivery service able to track and/or insure your return items. Diono is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen merchandise in transit.

REFUND:

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. It may take up to 14 days to process your return once the product has been received at our warehouse and the return has been approved. You can expect to see a credit refund in approximately 30 days from date we received the returned item. To check on the status, please contact Customer Service

EXCHANGES:

You must return the unwanted item to receive a credit and place a new order to process an exchange.


RETURN STATUS:

Please reach out to your carrier of choice to confirm that we have received the package.


DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

In the case of a claim for defective goods, please contact Diono Customer Services by emailing dionouk@diono.com or calling 01827 310557. All returns under warranty are subject to inspection and final approval by Diono certifying that the problem is covered by our Warranty and not consumer abuse or damage due to shipping. Diono will only replace a child car seat or stroller when necessary and with a comparable replacement. Credits are not issued for returned restraints. If the product contains a Warranty problem, Diono will reimburse the customer for the freight (if applicable) to return the product to our Tamworth location. Payment of all freight will be based on Interlink standard rates only. If the child restraint does not contain a Warranty problem, Diono will either destroy the restraint or, upon the customer’s request, Diono will return it to the customer at the customer’s expense.


LIABILITY:

In no event whatsoever, will Diono or a retailer of Diono products be liable for any consequential losses arising out of the use of Diono Products.
